Magnolia & Gelso
In Tirrenia, within the adjoining part of our family villa, immersed in the delightful and thick Mediterranean pine-wood, we rent 2 independent apartments (named Gelso & Magnolia) located on the ground floor with private garden and parking. The distance from the beach is 50 metres.
A very well kept garden surrounds the villa and shows many high pine-trees, a beautiful magnolia, a delightful mulberry and many others variety of plants offering a suggestive setting typical of Tirrenia. A thick hedge divides the garden in two parts giving a complete independence to our guests.

Magnolia & Gelso have one bedroom with double bed, living room with two sleeping places, kitchen, bathroom with bath-tub and shower. They are large around 55 square metres and can lodge at maximum 4 people.
There is an external entrance common for both the apartments with 2 car parking inside of the garden.

Il Geranio
Il Geranio, on the ground floor, is one out of four apartments of our family’s Villa. It is located alongside a wide green-grass garden with pines and exotic trees.
The entrance gate and the Villa’s main door are shared with the other 3 apartments where we live.
Il Geranio is 50 meters far from the access to the beach throughout a young pinewood that is part of the Regional Migliarino-San-Rossore-Massaciuccoli Park. This is due to its peculiar ecosystem, the coastal dunes of Tirrenia, in between the beach and the shore main road.
The apartment, fresh and with autonomous heating system, is 55 square meters wide, and it is composed of an entrance, a living room - with a possible additional sleeping coach, a kitchen, a storage, a double-bed room with a rear balcony, a bathroom provided with shower, and a 15 square meters veranda in front of the garden. It is well-furnished and pleasant.
A wide glass-window, faces to the garden, makes the kitchen and living room bright and cheerful.
A comfortable and large garden table, just outside the living room and surrounded by a laurel hedge, allows you to eat outdoor during the good season.
The parking place is just outside the garden fence.
The Villa is located in a quite but not isolated place and close to all services, public transport, the main road and a free beach as well.
